Britannia Office Supplies are a family run, office products supplier in Staffordshire and have a wealth of experience in the office products industry. Founded by Margaret and Jim Hollinshead, we started out supplying EOS products. We are members of the European Office Dealer Group of the year and are shareholders of a £240 million buying and logistics group, therefore, we have stability, quality and competitive pricing. We have a group of dedicated, knowledgeable and friendly staff that will be only too happy to help.

Our Products

The services we provide range from everyday stationery/office products through to  promotional merchandise, printed stationery, furniture, printers, catering/janitorial supplies and workwear/PPE  and secure document destruction. We pride ourselves on being a “one stop shop” for all of our customers, however big or small the request. Our 2015 catalogue offers over 10,000 products with a wider choice for every area of the workplace. We offer products from brand leading manufacturers to our exclusive and premium own label ranges – Banner, Clensa and Envisage providing excellent value for money. We also have access to over 100,000 products from our vast supply chain partners. If you don’t see it on our website, we can get it!

Like most office product suppliers, we provide a free of charge next day delivery (to individual sites), delivered on our own vehicles, by our own regular drivers (no agency or courier drivers). If required we also offer a Desktop Delivery service, again, to individual sites, free of charge. This also includes returns/collections.

We keep our promises and you can rely on us to deliver the products you need, when you need them.

Our warehouse has the ability to hold stock items, which is something we currently do for several of our customers. This is something we could also do for printed stationery stock or any miscellaneous items that you would like delivered along with your regular order. It also means that you can benefit from bulk buying without having to store it personally

Our bit for the Environment

Britannia Office Supplies are the only local office products supplier which uses the ‘recycla’ box scheme. To help the environment we can supply our range of closed loop paper products and we also offer a free of charge toner/cartridge collection service.

The quality of Close Loop paper is not compromised and meets all required standards. Banner 100% recycled paper is guaranteed for use on colour and mono copiers, plain paper fax machines, inkjet printers and laser printers.

As Closed Loop paper is 100% recycled, no new trees have been cut down to produce it. There is also a reduction in the amount of water used and air pollution created during the manufacturing of Closed Loop copier paper.

We are proud to offer 99% of customers the ability to place orders on a credit account. Our flexible credit terms are designed to support businesses like yours, stimulating growth and boosting confidence.

Our normal trading terms are 30 days but individual cases will be considered.

We use RBS Invoice finance who can supply us with an answer within 24 hours.

All that we need is your full Registered trading name and Company registration number.

Online ordering offers you a quick and hassle-free way to place your orders, so you can carry on with your day to day jobs. Ordering office products should really be a 5-10 minute job and with our website, that is exactly what it is.

It has been designed so that products can be selected from the customer’s current contract, order history or from a favourites/requisition file. Several users can be created to place orders with the option of self-authorising or via a designated authoriser. We have the function of restricting users to viewing only a selection of products; with the designated authoriser having full access to our catalogue.
